NO MEAT MONDAY - Meatless MONDAY

Yes I know, this is not the first Chinese pie that I present. There has been one of Mr. Vienna which was spicy and it goes without saying, one, because it's meatless Monday without meat and I love the Chinese pie. What do you want? So. A Another good way to make a smart choice!

4 c. tablespoons of olive oil 1 onion, chopped

2 sticks celery, chopped 1 can
kernel corn, drained 1 can
creamed corn
1 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut into four
2 / 3 cup milk
Tamari
1 pkg chopped Veggie original brand Yves Veggie Cuisine 340 g

Cook the potatoes in water. Drain and mash. Add the remaining olive oil, seasoning and milk. Hold.

Sauté onion and celery in 2 tablespoons tablespoons of olive oil. Add the chopped meat-free and skip to grasp. Season with tamari and let it evaporate slightly. Pour into a ramekin or a Pyrex baking dish.

Mix both corn and pour over meat-free hamburger.

Place mashed potatoes. Rayer with a fork. Sprinkle grated nutmeg, if desired.

Bake at 375 F for 20 to 30 minutes.
